Outdoor Lighting Technician

About the Role

We are hiring an Outdoor Lighting Technician to join our installation team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values precision and craftsmanship, and wants to grow inside a performance-driven company. Experience is helpful but not required — we provide structured training, clear installation systems, and a defined advancement path.

This is not a “clock in and coast” position. This role rewards ownership, consistency, and high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service custom outdoor lighting, audio systems, and seasonal lighting
• Work as part of a crew to deliver clean, on-time installations
• Follow installation standards, checklists, and documentation protocols
• Maintain clean job sites and professional client interactions
• Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and team performance

Must have a valid driver’s license and be physically able to perform outdoor installation work.

Pay & Performance Structure

This role operates under a performance-based growth system.

Technicians earn a base hourly rate plus daily performance bonuses tied to:

• Completing jobs efficiently and on time
• Following installation standards and documentation requirements
• Producing clean, high-quality workmanship
• Contributing positively to crew performance

Entry-level base rate begins at $15/hour + DAILY bonuses, with clear advancement tiers that increase base pay and bonus potential as performance standards are consistently met.

High-performing technicians significantly increase their earnings over time. Bonuses are earned, not guaranteed.

Schedule & Location

Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
