WHO WE ARE

Craftsmanship still matters here.

We are not a volume contractor.

We are a design-driven firm built on structure, precision, accountability, and pride in our work. Our installations reflect the level of design behind them — clean, intentional, and built to last.

We believe in:

• Doing the right thing

• Clear expectations and defined standards

• Earning more by performing at a higher level

• Building work we are proud to put our name on

If you prefer chaos, excuses, or minimal accountability, this will not be the right environment.

If you value clarity, growth, and craftsmanship — keep reading.

Compensation & Advancement

We believe in paying professionals fairly — and providing a clear path to grow.

Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, reliability, and craftsmanship — not just time served. As you grow in skill, ownership, and leadership, your compensation grows with you.

High performers can advance into higher technician levels and Crew Lead roles with increased responsibility and pay.

We operate with clear standards and clear feedback. You will always know where you stand and what it takes to move forward.
